Kohinoor Jewellers is a brand that runs parallel with the timelessness of The Taj at Agra, has a legacy spanning more than 150 years. It is one of the first jewellery brands originating on the topography of India. Kohinoor Jewellers is an extension of a family of jewellers, collectors and promoters of rare pieces of arts and artifacts. In a way, the brand and the family define and complete each other, with their legacy and heritage interspersing to create and define the iconic luxury precious and semi - precious jewellery brand. The Mathur family are jewelers, collectors and promoters of rare pieces of art and artifacts since 1862. An exquisite private collection of needle and thread, three dimensional handcrafted embroidery and precious artifacts are passionately preserved and showcased to connoisseurs from all over the world, in a state of the art sound and light extravaganza fondly known as “The Kohinoor Museum”.The museum consists of priceless works of 3D embroideries created by embroidering cotton threads layer over layer to build up the thickness and then taking different fibres of coloured silk threads to give colour and bring life to the works of art and sewing them with precious and semi precious gemstones. We also have our production facility in house at Agra where we create hi quality colour stone studded jewellery with genuine and natural colour stones at competitive prices in 14k and 18k gold. We also create one of a kind exclusive pieces with some rare gemstones as well.
